The scope of practice ranges from being involved in some of the largest cases ever filed in South Carolina to individual consumer cases. The firm is online with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina, and it files all bankruptcy pleadings electronically.

The firm's mediation practice also is full service, including the beginning tasks of scheduling the mediation conference to conducting the mediation or arbitration session and reporting the results to the Court. The firm handles mediations statewide. Fortunately, most of the cases do settle.
